A Hangi is a traditional Maori meal cooked underground. Here is a game that you can play to learn how to cook a hangi. I think a hangi is a top class meal and is so delcious.

The link worked great! We do something similar (not part of a holiday though) where we will cook a pig in the ground. This game actually makes it pretty easy to figure out how to do one ourselves. I should give it a try this summer.
